“I give this my highest rating due to the complications of building our pool and the perfection upon completion. Our pool is an infinity pool built on a hillside on caissons. As you can imagine, a very complicated process. We hired Pacific Paradise Pools after firing the former pool company that could not complete the job after running into major issues. We are very lucky that the owner, Rich Tonti, agreed to take on our job considering that most contractors won’t take on a job that is half complete. The pool is amazing in every way and Rich recommended many new options that we had never heard of.
